Santibanes de Murias
La Fuente de la Quintana is in Aller, in a mountain village where the accommodation, walking routes and local history are all part of the same journey.
Santibanes de Murias lies in the Río Negro valley, surrounded by woodland, historic paths and mountain scenery.
The house contains two independent studios, La Fresnosa and El Rasón. Each sleeps 2–4 guests and they can be booked together.

The project
La Fuente de la Quintana grew from family roots in Santibanes de Murias, a village in Aller in Asturias’ central mountains. After years of study and experience away, we returned to restore this house and give it a new life.
Today it is home to two independent rural apartments that combine tradition and innovation: honest materials, modern comfort and direct access to the landscape. Every guest takes away a small part of this story—the story of a corner of Asturias reborn.
