Frequently asked questions

Check-in is from 16:00 on the first day and check-out is before 12:00 on the departure day.

Arrival is self-service: you will receive an access code for the main door and the apartment.

You must tell us if you expect to arrive after 20:00. Otherwise, we may treat the booking as cancelled.

A deposit of 40% of the total accommodation price is required when booking. The remaining balance is payable on arrival.

We accept bank transfer, credit or debit card, Bizum and PayPal.

Once the deposit is received, we will email you confirmation with the booking details.

Private garage included.

Pets are allowed for €30 per stay, provided their owners accept responsibility for any damage, ensure they do not disturb other guests and do not leave them alone in the apartments. Please tell us in advance if you are bringing a pet.

If you cancel 15 days or more before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.

If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

Cancellations on the arrival day and no-shows are non-refundable.

Dates may be changed subject to availability and at least 10 days’ notice. Any price difference must be paid or will be refunded as appropriate.

For justified cancellations, such as medical emergencies or government restrictions, we will try to offer flexible alternatives such as changing dates or issuing a voucher for a future stay.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

For last-minute bookings or stays below the minimum where applicable, contact us directly.

No refund is made for unused nights after an early departure.

The apartment may not be occupied by more people than its stated capacity.

Guests are entitled to peaceful use of the apartments. Activities that may disturb other guests are not permitted.
