Booking conditions

This translation is provided for convenience and is pending legal review. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.

Booking confirmation

A deposit of 40% of the total accommodation price is required when the booking is made. The remaining balance must be paid on arrival.

Payment methods

We accept bank transfer, credit or debit card, Bizum and PayPal.

Payment confirmation

Once the deposit has been received, we will email you confirmation with the details of your booking.

Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellations made in advance

  • If you cancel 15 days or more before arrival, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • If you cancel within 7 days before arrival, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made on the arrival day and no-shows are non-refundable.

Changing dates

Dates may be changed subject to availability and at least 10 days' notice. Any price difference must be paid or will be refunded as appropriate.

Exceptional circumstances

For justified cancellations, such as medical emergencies or government restrictions, we will try to offer flexible alternatives, including a date change or a voucher for a future stay.

Minimum nights and partial stays

  • The minimum stay is 2 nights in low season; ask us about other dates.
  • For last-minute bookings or stays below the applicable minimum, contact us directly.
  • No refund is made for unused nights following an early departure.

General conditions

  • Pets are allowed at €5.50 per night, provided their owners accept responsibility for any damage, ensure they do not disturb other guests and do not leave them alone in the apartments. Please tell us in advance if you are bringing a pet.
  • You must tell us if you expect to arrive after 20:00. Otherwise, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
  • The apartment may not be occupied by more people than its stated capacity.
  • Guests are entitled to peaceful use of the apartments. Activities that may disturb other guests are not permitted.
  • The right to stay begins at 17:00 on the first day and ends at 12:00 on the departure day. You must tell us if you expect to arrive after 20:00; otherwise, we may treat the booking as cancelled.
